The sweltering summer heat is hard on our bodies and may get us down as heat exhaustion could be harmful. Heat stroke is one of the major causes of heat as excessive exposure to heat can cause dangerous conditions like heat stroke. No matter what your plans are don’t forget to follow these tips:
BEAT THE HEAT: Beat the heat by eating healthy. Add more beverages and fruits to your diet. Eat fresh and stay healthy.
EXERCISE COMFORTABLY: Summers doesn’t ask you to stop exercising, but you need to be careful in summers and switch to water sports, avoid the sun when it’s strongest thus early morning exercises are the best.

SUNGLASSES: Sunglasses protect our eyes from the harmful UV rays. Choose sunglasses wisely.
HATS: Well you can’t wear high heels to a beach, but a hat is a smart summer fashion.
SUNSCREEN: Sunscreen is the most important skin protection which you cannot ignore as it protects you from tanning, sunburns and most importantly skin cancer.
LIP BALM: A lip balm with SPF protection is must protect your lips it keeps them moisturised and protected.
STAY HYDRATED: Dehydration can cause you serious problems in summers so keep yourself hydrated all day long.
AVOID SMOKING, ALCOHOL OR CAFFEINE: Alcohol, caffeine or smoking sucks the moisture out of you making you dehydrated.
WHEN NOT TO STAY IN SUN: During the peak hours of the day humidity and heat are the highest so avoid going out in the sun as the sun’s harmful UV radiations can cause skin damage.
